Healthy Cooking Session (10 July, 2021)

A select trio of us turned up at Johanna's last Wednesday to learn about healthy cooking. Johanna showed us how she steam cooks a mixture of vegetables in minimum of water. She also demonstrated her method of cooking omelet, steamed fish and beef and vegetable stir fry which we were able to share.

My favourite bit was the use of the zest of a citrus fruit called Buddha's fingers which I had never heard of or seen before. It's aroma was divine.
