EFT (EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES) SESSION
Inna Neal from Auckland gave a free EFT session to our members during the time of Corona virus fear. The session was really amazing as we felt calm and more productive after doing the procedure given by Inna. Here is a feedback from one of the members who joined us from Australia.

EFT is a powerful practice with studies that have shown a decrease in both physical and emotional pain. It reduces anxiety, fear, PTSD, and other alignments that are caused through trauma.
